for beer, hot dogs, and a taste of the urban beach scene before returning over the Queensboro Bridge.

It is a skate on the traffic-free beautiful 4-lane Bronx River Parkway in southern Westchester + the parkway to White Plains, skate a path to the Kensico Dam, and return to Bronxville for lunch.

The skate begins at the Exchange Place PATH stop in Jersey City, and we'll skate through Liberty State Park, over the Bayonne Bridge, and wind up on the Staten Island Ferry. At about the 3/4 mark, we'll stop in Staten Island for pizza at Denino's and/or Italian ices at Ralph's.
Distance: About 22 miles,
